If you have a question, comment or maybe even a compliment about us or our website, we encourage you to contact us via email. We make an effort to reply to all of our customer emails within one business day.
We may not reply right away during holidays so give us a break on those days. If you would like to call us, you can reach us at 704-898-3241. We prefer email because it is easier for us to keep track of our communications with customers, but feel free to call if it works best for you.Multiple Kits & Parts Orders
There is a reason we do not offer a traditional shopping cart to allow customers to order more than one kit. Most of the orders we receive are for just one RC car so we do not want to require more clicks when it is not necessary. However, we can offer discounts on orders for multiple XRAY kits so we handle these personally. If you would like to place such an order or get a quote, send an email to orders@rcxray.com.
If you would like to order XRAY parts, we can help you with that as well. We hope to allow part orders on the website, but it will be in a later phase. Please email a list of part numbers to orders@rcxray.com and we will reply with a quote.
Customer Photos
If you have purchased an XRAY RC car from us and it's running, send us some photos of your XRAY. We like to post photos of customers' RC cars so others can see different set ups and bodies. Please email your photos to photos@rcxray.com. In addition to posting them on RC XRAY we also like to share them on My RC Blog and our Flickr photo stream.Videos
If you have seen any of our XRAY kit pages, you can see we like to post XRAY videos. We have to find these on the internet unless customers bring them to our attention. Please email your XRAY videos to videos@rcxray.com.
