What shipping carriers does RC XRAY use?
RC XRAY uses USPS and UPS. We prefer USPS over UPS because shipping costs are generally cheaper. For more information about shipping you should check out our shipping policy.

What are my payment options?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank payments through PayPal. You are not required to have or create a PayPal account to order from RC XRAY.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only customers from North Carolina have to pay sales tax. All cutomers outside of North Carolina are exempt from paying sales tax.

Can I place an order if I don't live in the United States?
Yes, just email us. Send your order details to orders@rcxray.com. Please include your full mailing address so we can include your shipping cost. International orders do not get free shipping but we do offer discounted shipping rates.

Will RC XRAY declare whatever value I want for my international shipment?
Yes, but there are some things you should know. USPS does not care want we set the value at as long as it is not higher than the actual value of the shipment. USPS only uses the shipment's value when the package is lost and they have to reimburse us. Customs does care what value we declare. It is illegal to declare any value less than retail price, but RC XRAY is not liable. The customer is reponsible as long as we declare the value you want. Since the customer is liable and understands the risk, we will set the shipment value to whatever the customer requests. You should review our international shipping policy for all of the details.

If you have to order an XRAY kit from RC America, how long does it take to arrive?
If we order your XRAY RC car straight from RC America, it typically takes 4 business days for the order to arrive. Once we get it, we ship it to your the same day or next day. This depends on what time we receive the shipment. Since we use USPS Priority Mail, it will arrive 1-4 days after we ship it. You can get more information from our shipping policy.

For the ready to run (RTR) XRAY kits, can I choose the the color of the pre-painted body?
Yes. All RTR kits come with a pre-painted RC body. Each one offers different colors, so make you review your color options. You can include your color choice in the comments field during the checkout process or send us an email at orders@rcxray.com. Please keep in mind that we may not have your preferred color in stock, but we can order it from RC America if you do not mind waiting a few extra days. Here are a few of the RTR kits: M18 RTR, M18MT RTR, M18T RTR, NT18MT RTR and NT18T RTR.

Do you accept returned orders?
Yes, but we have a few conditions. You must return the XRAY kit(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. The RC kit must remain closed so the factory tape must not be cut or reapplied. Read our refund and return policy for more information.

How can I check on the status of my order?
If you would like to know if your XRAY order has shipped, just send us an email at orders@rcxray.com. Please include some basic information about you and your order so we can identify you. We will reply with the status of your order.

How long does it take for backordered items to arrive?
Unfortunately, we can't give you an answer on backordered items. Only RC America knows how many dealer orders include the backordered item and the quantity Team XRAY is shipping to them from Europe. RC America does a pretty good job of letting us know when they expect another shipment from XRAY.

Is there a conversion kit to turn an XRAY M18 into a M18T?
No, there is no official XRAY conversion kit to change an M18 into M18T. We get this question all the time. It is possible to turn an M18 into a M18T however it is way more cost effective to buy the M18T kit instead. You have to buy so many M18T parts, it's much cheaper to keep your M18 and buy a brand new M18T.
