Inventory Policy

RC XRAY launched on May 11, 2008 so we are a relatively new online RC store. With that said, we do not have the resources to carry every XRAY kit in our inventory at this point. We are steadily growing our inventory, however it will take time as we grow.

You may be asking yourself, "How does this affect me?" We do have some XRAY RC cars in stock and they are ready to ship the same day we receive your order (see our shipping policy). You can see the inventory status for any XRAY kit on their detail page. Other kits will display an inventory status of "Ready to order." This means when we receive your order, we will place the order with RC America that same day. RC America is the exclusive US distributor of XRAY products. We generally receive XRAY kits from RC America within 4 business days unless the item is on backorder. If the latter is true, then we will contact you.
