Refund & Return Policy

RC XRAY only offers refunds and exchanges for the XRAY products that have not been opened. If you are returning or exchanging an XRAY kit, then the factory tape must not be cut or reapplied. The reason behind this policy is we can not restock or resell any product where we can not confirm its authenticity and quality. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to RC XRAY. We will only accept returns within 30 days of when the customer received it.

Please send us an email at returns@rcxray.com before you ship it to us so we can be on the lookout for your package. For exchanges, this will also give us time to set aside the item we will mail back. Here is our mailing address.

In the case of a defective product, we would just ship it back to RC America so we recommend customers contact them directly and avoid the unnecessary shipping costs. RC America is the exclusive US distributor for XRAY and has excellent customer service. They will assist you in replacing your defective XRAY product. We have personal experience in this area.

In the case of faulty products, RC America will repair or exchange. Send an email to info@rcamerica.com to arrange getting a replacement.
