XRAY Parts

We are not carrying parts in inventory for the initial phase of RC XRAY. However, we will place part orders with RC America on behalf of our customers. If you would like a price quote, please send us a list of the parts you want with part numbers and your full shipping address. Email both of these pieces of information to us at orders@rcxray.com.

The reason we ask for your shipping address is so we can provide a full order cost. We include costs for each part, taxes and shipping. When you receive the quote, you have to reply with your approval in order to move forward. Once we receive your order approval, we will email a PayPal invoice to you.

We send your parts order to RC America when we receive notification the PayPal invoice has been paid. If you pay by eCheck, then we must wait until your check clears. Generally, RC America waits to ship parts with XRAY kits in order to save in the shipping costs. We order kits frequently so we do not experience shipping delays.

Please keep in mind that parts can be on backorder. This can result in us not receiving your full order. When this situation occurs, we will contat you to ask if you would like for us to wait for the backordered parts to arrive before shipping the order. Or we can ship the parts we have received and then send a second shipment when the backordered parts arrive.
